Old habits die hard and it took the excruciating pain of extreme stomach cramps for me to bite the bullet and finally do something about it. Sit tight because I’m going to tell you my story and it gets a little gruesome here and there! I hope you have a strong stomach…

There really is little point trying to compete with sites that already have thousands of links with that anchort text – it would be too hard to climb the search engines with that much competition.

After you’ve chosen the main keyword phrase to target try to pick several variations. Try to create new articles based around the various keyword phrases, remembering each time to use the main keyword phrase that you’re writing about as your anchor text. That way you have a chance to appear in the search results for a number of keyword phrases, thus ensuring more traffic.

Think about one of your best golfing day ever — remember how the feeling of confidence flowed through your veins? Your steps felt a little quicker? Your swings a little surer?
